ABOUT THE SHOWThe Patel Conservatory Youth Symphony under the baton of William W. Wiedrich will feature great works of three iconic American composers in its 2009 Fall Concert. The program will open with Aaron Copland's An Outdoor Overture, followed by Leonard Bernstein's Suite from On the Waterfront, derived from his 1954 epic movie score. Music from America's most famous opera, George Gershwin's Porgy and Bess, is highlighted in the finale. The concert will also feature performances by the Junior Philharmonic (Jason Jerald, conductor) and the Concert Strings (Colleen Strom, conductor). |

Substantial penalties are in place for violators. All TBPAC tickets are covered by the statute and contain a notice that they cannot be resold for more than their originally assigned face value. To keep our tickets affordable and accessible, violators will be prosecuted. |
