From the creators of the groundbreaking BROADWAY HIT Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy comes an all new journey of nighttime dreamers whose imaginations are ignited within a landscape of towering buildings and infinite possibilities. Created and directed by Neil Goldberg, Cirque Dreams ILLUMINATION has been hailed as “Dazzling! … a reason to stand up and cheer” by the New York Daily News. Audiences of all ages will marvel and experience a journey of city dwellers who reinvent everyday objects, balance beyond belief, delicately dangle from wires, leap tall buildings and redefine the risks of flight in an array of astounding occurrences that transform the ordinary into extraordinary. An international cast of world-class acrobats, athletes, musicians and one of a kind artists populate this imaginative, colorful metropolis and breathe life into over 100 inventive costumes, an original musical score, and magical sights that transform the landscape of a city into thrills and disbelief.

Join us for Broadway Family Night! On Wed., March 24, receive a free children’s (12 and under) ticket with a full-priced adult ticket (available in all price levels and only by phone or window). There will also be pre-show family friendly activities including the Cirque cast conducting activities like learning to juggle, hoola hoop, etc. from 6:15 – 6:45 p.m.

There will be a post-show talkback in the theater following the Tues., March 23, performance.

Under Florida Statutes 817.36 Resale of Tickets, which took effect July 1, 2009, it is illegal for any person or entity to offer or resell a ticket to any performance at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center for more than $1 over this nonprofit institution’s originally assigned price. Substantial penalties are in place for violators. All TBPAC tickets are covered by the statute and contain a notice that they cannot be resold for more than their originally assigned face value. To keep our tickets affordable and accessible, violators will be prosecuted.
