Showcase 2008 Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring an event at Showcase 2008 recognizes the importance of the performing arts for young audiences while increasing the visibility of your organization. To reserve a Showcase 2008 Sponsorship Opportunity, please contact Katie Brinson at 813.222.1272 or send an email to katie.brinson@tbpac.org.

All payments and logos are due by Nov. 15, 2007.

• Morning Coffee Hours — Thursday — $500 Each
You receive exclusive sponsorship signage with logo in the lobby by the coffee hour set-up, an opportunity to insert one piece of swag in bags, your organization’s logo will be included on all sponsorship recognition signs as well as the official Showcase Website and program book.
• Afternoon Wine and Cheeses Reception — Thursday, Friday and Saturday — SOLD!
• Inside front cover in the Showcase Program — SOLD!
• Inside back cover in the Showcase Program — SOLD!
• Outside back cover in the Showcase Program — SOLD!
• Full page ads B&W — $300
• Half page ads B&W — $175

Swag — Reach a wide audience by including a piece of swag in the welcome bags distributed to all registered Showcase attendees: paper only pieces are $75 per item (please send 400 pieces).

Examples of paper pieces include postcards, brochures and bookmarks. You are not limited to these formats but paper pieces must be flat.

Non-paper pieces are $100 per item (please send 400 pieces).

Examples of non-paper pieces include DVDs, CDs, pens, mints and mugs. You are not limited to these items, so be creative!

All swag pieces must be received to our office no later than 5 p.m. on Wed., Jan. 2, 2008. Full payment made out to Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center must accompany the swag.

Leftover pieces that are not stuffed in bags will be returned to the company by the end of the exhibit hall time on Fri., Jan. 25.

The swag opportunity is open only to groups or individuals attending Showcase 2008 as an exhibitor, artist or presenter.
