Registrations for Showcase 2008 are non-refundable.
Online Registration for Showcase 2008 is now closed. If you would like to attend Showcase 2008 as a Conference Attendee, you can still register on-site at the Registration Desk in the Ferguson Hall lobby when you arrive to the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.
Attendee Registration is:
$345 if you are an IPAY Member
$370 if you are not an IPAY Member plus $35 if you would like to attend the Professional Development Series. Professional Development is free to IPAY Members.
If you have already registered and would like to add anything to your registration such as the Professional Development Series or pre-order your lunch, you can do that on-site.
Hotel Information
The Howard Johnson and Courtyard Marriott are sold out. Further, there is no availability in any other downtown hotels. There are hotels within driving distance that we are recommending below, yet they do require a car. If you are driving in and will be parking at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, there will be parking available in the Arrival Plaza from morning until 5:30 p.m. each day except SATURDAY. If you need to park after 5:30 p.m. or on Saturday, we recommend parking in the Poe Parking Garage which is adjacent to the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.
