GENERAL INFORMATION

For all products and services provided by Maestro’s, a 21% service charge and 7% Florida state sales tax will be added.

For all facilities utilized, a minimum $500 non-refundable deposit and room fee is required within 30 days of the reservation to guarantee any facility. Additional rental fees will be charged for use of theaters.

Within 90 days of the reservation, or upon receipt of the Banquet Event Order, a pre-payment program will be discussed and agreed on by both parties, with the estimated balance due in full seven business days before the event. Additional charges are due upon receipt of invoice.

The final guarantee is due three business days before the event. If a guarantee is not received from the client, the original estimate given will serve as the guarantee.

All menu prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a change, all previously contracted prices will be honored.

Maestro’s will arrange for a variety of services to accommodate your event including audio-visual equipment, entertainment, floral arrangements, tent rental and decorations. Please note that both the service charge and sales tax will be applied to all charges for these services.
